The Guild celebrates 100+ Members shortlisted for the 2026 ESTAS Awards

CEO Comments Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals 2nd June 2026

The Guild of Property Professionals is proud to announce that more than 100 Member offices have been shortlisted for the 2026 ESTAS Awards, further reinforcing the strength, professionalism and customer-focused approach of independent estate agencies across the UK.

Widely regarded as one of the most respected accolades in the property industry, The ESTAS recognises estate and letting agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers based entirely on verified customer reviews. Reviews are collected at the completion of a property transaction and undergo a rigorous verification process, ensuring that recognition is based on genuine customer experiences.

The impressive number of shortlisted Guild Members reflects the consistently high standards of service delivered throughout the network. From first-time buyers and sellers to landlords and tenants, Guild Members continue to demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the property journey.

The regional and national winners will be revealed at the ESTAS Awards Ceremony on Friday, 16 October 2026, at Grosvenor House in London. The event will bring together more than 1,000 leading property professionals to celebrate excellence across the industry.

Commenting on the achievement, Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said:

"We are incredibly proud to see so many Guild Member offices shortlisted for the 2026 ESTAS Awards. These shortlistings are a reflection of the exceptional customer service standards delivered by our Members every day and demonstrate the strength and professionalism of independent estate agencies across the UK.

"The ESTAS is unique because recognition is based entirely on customer feedback, making this achievement particularly meaningful. On behalf of everyone at The Guild, I would like to congratulate all shortlisted Members and wish them the very best of luck for the awards in October."

Alongside regional and national awards, shortlisted Guild Members will also compete for the prestigious Best Guild Member Award, presented annually to the highest-scoring Guild office in The ESTAS competition.

Adding to the celebration, The Guild itself has been shortlisted in The Supplier Awards category. This award recognises suppliers that consistently provide outstanding service and value to their customers, with nominations determined by feedback from the property professionals they support.

The recognition achieved by both The Guild and its Members highlights a shared commitment to raising standards within the industry. By providing independent agents with industry-leading support, training, marketing and business resources, The Guild continues to help Members enhance customer experiences and strengthen their position within their local markets.

As the industry looks ahead to October’s awards ceremony, the success of this year’s shortlist serves as another reminder of the important role independent estate agents play in delivering trusted, personalised service across the UK property market.
