The Guild of Property Professionals has embarked on its annual UK-wide tour this autumn, hosting a series of Regional Meetings designed to connect Members, foster collaboration, and unveil powerful new tools to drive their businesses forward. The tour provides an invaluable opportunity for networking and sharing best practices among some of the nation’s leading independent estate agents.
A major focus of this year's meetings will be the exclusive launch of The Guild Marketing Packs and the new UK-wide magazine Residence. This powerful new solution, designed exclusively for Guild Members, provides a comprehensive and tailored approach to property marketing. The packs will enable agents to enhance their service offerings and deliver elevated, results-driven strategies for their clients, giving them a significant competitive advantage in their local markets. Every property marketed through this service will include a dedicated page in The Guild’s new property magazine, Residence, which is ideal for the higher end of the market. Members will now have a unique publication strategy for the local and national property market in the UK as part of their exclusive Guild membership.
Alongside the launch of the new marketing tools, the agenda will cover several key business topics essential for today’s agents, such as stats on consumer behaviour in the sector. Discussions will include commercial strategies such as charging upfront fees, an important update on The Guild’s popular Associate Scheme, and a spotlight on The Guild’s A-Z of suppliers, a comprehensive list of trusted partners providing discounts of up to 42% and revenue growth opportunities of up to 28%.
Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, commented, “Our regional tour is a fantastic opportunity to connect directly with our Members across the country. It’s our chance to listen to their experiences, share industry insights, and equip them with the tools they need to thrive. This year, we are particularly excited to unveil The Guild Marketing Packs, a game-changing initiative that will empower our Members to deliver an even more sophisticated and effective service to their clients.”
McKenzie added, “In an ever-evolving property market, staying ahead requires continuous innovation and a strong support network. These meetings are designed to address the practical, day-to-day challenges and opportunities our Members face. From optimising revenue streams to leveraging our network of trusted suppliers, our goal is to ensure every Guild Member has the resources and knowledge to be the go-to agent in their area.”
The Guild looks forward to welcoming its Members across the country for a series of engaging and insightful events.
