The Guild of Property Professionals has joined forces with international sales speaker, best-selling author, and founder of a leading international sales training company, Tony Morris, to provide its Members with a series of complimentary sales webinars. The partnership aims to empower Guild Members with valuable insights and strategies to enhance their sales proficiency.

Since starting his business in 2006, Morris and his team have helped develop over 14,000 negotiators and valuers in the leading independent agents in the UK and Europe. His tried and tested techniques have helped many agents to become the top selling agents in their regions.

Complimentary webinars for Guild Members

As part of this collaboration, Morris will deliver four complimentary webinars throughout the year, one each quarter. The inaugural webinar, titled ‘Prospecting Live,’ is scheduled for 7 June 2024. These webinars will be accessible exclusively to The Guild of Property Professionals, positioning the network as a premier destination for estate agency professionals seeking top-tier training.

Speaking about the partnership with The Guild, Morris comments, “We are excited to be partnering with The Guild, one of the UK’s leading estate agency networks. These webinars will aim to provide agents will practical sales techniques that they will be able to implement to increase conversion rates, improve productivity and exceed their targets.”

In addition to the webinars, a free module of Tony Morris’ training will also be integrated into The Guild's Learning Platform powered by Moodle, to provide Members with a taster session of the training provided. Titled ‘The Art of Rapport’, the module will be added to new section of the learning platform, which will feature a selection of the best industry training experts.

Over time The Guild will compile a selection of other ‘taster’ sessions from industry experts for Guild Members to watch and learn from. This will then give Members an idea of the learning style and content available from these trainers, allowing agents to make an informed choice about which full courses they may wish to sign up to and take.

As Members, Guild agents will also have access to a discount on the majority of these courses, with details on where to access the courses and what discount is available found on the last module of each taster course.

Commenting on the collaboration, Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, says: "We are delighted to partner with trainers such as Tony to further provide our Members with access to amazing sales training opportunities. The complimentary webinars and access to online training modules align perfectly with our commitment to delivering value and supporting the professional development of our Members. We are consistently trying to find ways in which we can build increased support for our network, with training a big part of the plan to deliver additional value to our Membership."
