Empowering Guild Members through Tiered Membership Plans

Latest news on Guild services Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals 3rd November 2023

The Guild of Property Professionals is proud to mark six months of offering its tiered membership plans, which have been helping many within the network stay ahead of the pack in the current competitive property sector. Launched earlier this year, the three distinct plans – Standard, Enhanced, and Premium – have been providing Guild Members with the tools and services they need to save money, make money, and ensure compliance.

The Guild's journey towards providing comprehensive, full-service plans that cater to the diverse needs of its Members began with nurtur.group acquiring several technology businesses such as LeadPro, Starberry, The Property Jungle, BriefYourMarket and Yomdel, in the preceding two years. Bringing these businesses into the fold and creating an ecosystem of products and services that seamlessly work together to generate and managed leads has enabled The Guild to expand its membership offerings and integrate crucial technology services directly into its membership packages.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, reflected on the success of the Guild Plans, stating, "Since their introduction, our tiered membership plans have empowered many independent estate and lettings agents to increase their competitive edge in a challenging market. By offering three levels of support, tools, and services, we've allowed our Members to tailor their plans to suit their unique business goals."

Highlighting the Premium Plan as the ultimate choice for agents looking to excel, McKenzie notes that of the Guild Members that have upgraded to one of the plans, 41% are on the top tier, which includes an impressive array of tools and services. Some of the tools in the Premium Plan include Google Maps SEO, email marketing solutions, quarterly mystery shopping, and managed communication services (including emails and social media marketing).

McKenzie reiterated the significant cost savings for Guild members, explaining, "Since the plans launched, our Members have realised substantial cost savings. If these invaluable tools were procured individually from third-party suppliers, it would have cost agents thousands each month. By bundling these services into our membership plans, we've made it possible for our network to save money without compromising on the quality of service provided to their clients."

Guild Member for over a decade, James Du Pavey of James Du Pavey Estate Agents in the Midlands, comments: “The Premium Plan is an amazing offering and is practically a blueprint of the technology required to be a market leading estate agent in this day and age. Some of the standout features include the LeadPro system, which has generated a huge number of leads for us, as well as the BriefYourMakret email system and the local SEO work done by the Starberry team. These three tools alone have generated an exceptionally high volume of leads for the business, not to mention the other aspects we get from our membership. Looking at all the plan has to offer, you wouldn’t be able purchase those individually for the same amount of money, so the plans represent superb value for money.”

With the integration of nurtur.group technology elements and the Guild's extensive network, Members have enjoyed exclusive deals and preferential rates with third-party suppliers, further enhancing the value of their membership.

McKenzie concluded, "Our tiered membership plans have been a game-changer for many within the network since being launched. Rather than dealing with fragmented services, property professionals can join The Guild, gaining exclusivity, referrals, income-generating tools, legal advice, and compliance solutions all under one roof for a fixed monthly fee."

The Guild of Property Professionals' tiered membership plans have been enhancing the organisation’s offering to the network, providing agents with unparalleled support, cost savings, and compliance solutions. The Standard, Enhanced, and Premium Plans offer agents the flexibility to select the level of assistance that aligns perfectly with their strategic business growth objectives.
