The Guild partners with Agents Giving to donate for every successful referral

We currently have over 2,600 live referrals in progress and approximately 300 vacant Guild towns. Could you be making more money from our automated referral system whilst we give to charity?

Thanks to The Guild's UK-wide network, we have a unique referral opportunity which every Member has access to when they join. Agents from across the UK can refer buyers and sellers from coast to city through our dedicated Referral System, earning 20% of every successful sale. 

Now, for all successful referrals, The Guild will donate £50 to Agents Giving, helping our industry continue to fight for causes they are passionate about – community has never been more important!

Guild Member earns £2,340 + VAT just from referrals 

Morris Marshall & Poole in Aberystwyth submitted a referral through The Guild Referral System which was picked up by Petermans in Herne Hill. Petermans accepted the referral and within 6 minutes was booking a valuation with the vendor, the property successfully sold for £975,000 with a fee of 1.2% + VAT. 

The referring agent, Morris Marshall & Poole, received £2,340 + VAT as the NET referral fee for simply passing the lead on.

And this service comes as standard as part of your Guild Membership.


Supporting our Members

The Guild is excited to announce our partnership with Agents Giving, a charity that works with estate agents across the UK to help encourage, support and promote their fundraising activities. The Guild knows that Members are raising thousands for charity each year, so we wanted to partner with Agents Giving to give our Members somewhere to go for tips and support.

The Agents Giving website has all of the tools and advice you will need to plan a great event, from a list of different fundraising activities you could take part in, to a press release template that you can download and send off to press.


How Agents Giving works

Boost brand awareness by having your fundraising events promoted on the Agents Giving website, social media and featured in their monthly newsletter. 

Planning a fundraising event can be time-consuming and expensive, so in addition to their help on fundraising ideas, Agents Giving also offer a Grant Programme. All you need to do is apply for the grant, and upon approval of your application, you could receive £250 per office to help towards set-up costs, so that more money can go to your chosen charity.
