THE GUILD AWARDS 2022 – NOW CLOSED

The Guild Awards have always been an integral part of our annual event, and 2022 is no different; thank you to everyone who has registered for the awards. We wish you the best of luck.

As a reminder, this year, the awards will be presented during our evening reception at the QEII, with views overlooking Big Ben, Parliament and the London Eye while conference guests enjoy a drinks reception, on us.

If you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager.

Have you booked your Conference ticket yet? Don't miss The Guild's annual event of the year.

How will The Guild Awards 2022 will be judged?

We will take a number of factors into consideration when judging the Awards:

  • Guild Insight – helping us to understand the size of your market share within your local market, as well as an overview of your performance (including new instructions, SSTC, fall-throughs and withdrawals).
  • Social Media –  your followers, content and engagement will be considered.
  • Reviews – Looking at your overall review score on your chosen platform will help us to understand how you engage with your consumers.
  • Engagement with The Guild – this includes things like use of The Guild logo, engagement in the Facebook Group and pitching The Guild at valuation.

Supporting documents (where supplied) will also be considered.

Shortlisted by the Account Managers, each award is then ratified by the senior board at The Guild, including CEO Iain McKenzie, Head of Marketing for both The Guild and Fine & Country Emilie Despois and Social Media Marketing Expert Sophie Davies.
